The Burnett/Evans lens is well-chosen. What I'd add from the coaching side: some people can't start designing until the grief of what ended has been at least partially acknowledged. The forward movement sometimes waits for that.

I’m finding Burnett and Evans and Chip Conley’s work helpful. I am also getting some coaching which is helping me collect the thoughts I have been writing down.
